Addressing Common Toaster Concerns
If your new toaster emits a burning plastic smell during operation, you can try the following steps:
- Turn on the toaster to the highest mode without any bread inside, and repeat this process 2-3 times.
- Ensure the toasting is done in an area with good air circulation.
- If the smell persists, leave the toaster for 2-3 days and repeat the above step 5-6 times.
The exterior and sides of the toaster will remain cool during operation, but the top part may get hot, so it's best to avoid touching it to prevent burns.
